Why we love it: Unlike most Decaf coffee which uses bleach or formaldehyde, we only buy coffee that uses the water-process for decaffeination. On top of that, the flavor is delicious! Lighter roasts will show a mild acidity and juicy body, while darker roasts become thick and syrupy with a very restrained acidity. Excellent for drip coffee and as a single-origin espresso.
Farm Story: The Oaxacan coffee growing region is filled with small family farms, each consisting of just a few acres of land. Producers here continue to identify with their indigenous roots using organic practices to manage their farms and protect their environment.
